Where does my data actually live?

On your own server, your own VPS, or in a sovereign EU cloud you choose. NordicSupport AI does not call any external LLM API by default — the model runs locally. For air-gapped deployments, the system has zero outbound network requirements after install.

Which LLMs do you actually use?

By default, Gemma 4 (E4B for laptop-class hardware, 26B-MoE for servers) and DeepSeek V4 for higher-quality reasoning. Both are open-weight and commercially usable. We verify model licenses for your specific use before deployment, so you don't inherit any legal surprises.

Can it really speak Finnish well?

Yes — and we test it on Finnish IT vocabulary specifically (verkkokirjautuminen, etätyö, tulostinajurit, the works). For domain-heavy Finnish vocabulary, we offer optional QLoRA fine-tuning on your own corpus, kept entirely on your infrastructure.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so — and creates a structured ticket with the user's question, suggested category, priority, and any partial answer it could find. This is by design: an honest "I don't know, here's a ticket" beats a confident hallucination every time.

How long does setup take?

A typical pilot is live in three to five working days. The longest part is usually getting your existing documents into one place — we provide tooling for SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Notion, and plain folders.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

It's designed to be GDPR-aligned out of the box: data residency in the EU, right-to-erasure that actually works because data isn't copied off-site, and a Data Processing Agreement template included. Final compliance always depends on your own implementation, so we work with your DPO during onboarding.
